5 steps for healthy life


Healthy lifestyle is very important for every person. Most of diseases caused due to the unhealthy habits. So today I want to share five tips to make your life happy and healthy.

1) wake up early in the morning.


Morning people are often more positive, more optimistic and more likely to experience satisfaction in their lives. If you want a boost in productivity, health or well being, try waking up early it may give you the extra edge you need to reach your goals.

2) Exercise Daily.


There are so many health benefits of  15 minutes brisk walking, yoga or any other physical activity in morning—from improving energy, mood, sleep, and health to reducing anxiety, stress, and depression.

3) Eat healthy.


Eat healthy meals add green veggies, fruits and juices to your diet. Cut refined carbohydrates such as white bread and white rice. Avoid sugar and processed food. healthy diet helps to prevent certain chronic (long -term) diseases such as heart disease, stroke and diabetes. It may also help to reduce  risk of developing some cancers and help you to keep a healthy weight.

4) Stay hydrated.


Drink at least 8-12 glasses of water everyday. A human body contains 75% to 78% of water that helps in flushing out the toxins . It balances the immune system, maintains brain, blood functioning,  helps in transportation of nutrients throughout the body and helps to loss weight .

5) Quality sleep.


The quality of your sleep directly affects your productivity, emotional balance, creativity, physical vitality, and even your weight. Your body produces extra protein molecules while you’re sleeping that helps strengthen your ability to fight infection and stay healthy.
Adequate sleep makes you feel refreshed, there are many health benefits to a good night’s sleep. These include improving heart health, improving your memory and improving your skin and helping you concentrate. So try to get into bed just 15 minutes earlier each day if you really want to feel younger and healthy.
