Natural ways to detoxify your body

Detoxification is a process to remove toxins like free radicals,harmful bacteria,chemicals, pesticides, metals from our body. These toxins can affect the normal functioning of our internal organs like kidney,lungs, digestive system, lymphatic system etc .

Toxins are present everywhere in food we eat, cookware we use,air we breathe in and products we use for skin care ,hair care and house cleaning.

However our bodies are naturally made up to flush out these harmful toxins .But we are exposed to so many toxins our daily lives which affects functioning of natural detoxification system and ultimately makes us sick.

Thus it’s mendentory for us to maintain a healthy lifestyle .If you can’t avoid these chemicals here are some tips for you to maintain your natural detoxification system.

1. Water Intake

Water helps to flush out toxins from your body through urination ,bowel movement and sweating .So it’s necessary to keep your body hydrated.

You should drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday. You can add fresh lemon juice to your water or apple cider vinegar in your water .

2.Fiber intake

Fiber intake stimulate regular bowel movements and cleanse your stomach. Fruits,veggies,beans, wholegrain, cereals and nuts are good source of fibers.

3. Antioxidants Intake

Antioxidants protects our cells from free radicals. Free radicals are toxic can damage our cells and cause heart and skin diseases. These free radicals produces due to break down of food and exposure to radiation and tobacco smoke.

Vitamin C, E ,caratonoids ,fruits , veggies, wholegrain, nuts,green tea are rich source of antioxidants.

4. Excercise

Excercise is great way to cleanse your body along with weight loss. Excercise helps to eliminate impurities from your body through sweating.

5. Fasting

Fasting makes you feel light and also rejuvenate your digestive tract. So fasting is a good option for detoxification. Skip heavy meals and consume fresh fruits ,salad or smoothies.

So try to follow healthy diet plan and eliminate alcohol, cigarettes, caffeine, sugars and saturated fats ,all of which act as toxins in the body.
